Welcome to the 2019 IUPUI Women's Conference!
The IUPUI Women’s Conference is designed to inspire, encourage, and empower women-identified faculty and staff on the IUPUI, IUPUC, and IUFW campuses.
The 2019 conference included a half-day of speakers, breakout sessions, networking, as well as a panel discussion by campus women leaders and a closing plenary session with Ellen Kossek, Basil S. Turner Professor at Purdue University's Krannert School of Management. Two rounds of breakout sessions addressed topics such as networking, mentoring, self-care, self-promotion, workplace diversity and equity, work-life balance, and more.
