Whether going up for tenure for excellence in teaching or providing evidence of satisfactory teaching for research or civic engagement, it is important in your dossier to document your teaching effectiveness. This might include writing a philosophy of teaching statement, reflecting on your teaching and how it’s evolved, or telling a story with your student or peer evaluations.
